HOLLIDAYSBURG — Late autumn its a time of transition in many ways.

For PennDOT, it is a time to put away the orange work zone barrels and prepare snow plows and road treatment equipment for the coming winter season.

PennDOT District 9 officials met with reporters on Wednesday at the district headquarters in Hollidaysburg to discuss the construction and maintenance season that is wrapping up and the winter season ahead.
